Any agent who sells a Realty Executives' "10K" listing is eligible for the drawing of a $10,000 bonus. To promote networking and goodwill between the agents, Realty Executives sponsors a large party. All agents in the community are invited; however, only 40 agents who have sold a "10K" listing are eligible for each $10,000 drawing.
