next level. In September of 1997, they opened their first Realty Executives office in Eastlake. "This was the most exciting and profitable decision we had ever made for ourselves, our clients and those around us,"explains Greg. "It was the challenge we needed for the next level, and we were beyond ready! Realty Executives' concept and broker support is tailored to the goal-oriented, top ranking agents in the industry who intend on making a profit. Realty Executives was ranked number 26 in the top 100 franchises to invest in by Success Magazine. Only two of the 100 franchises were real estate brokerages. Only full-time agents can work at our office. This increases our transaction-per-agent ratio, which is currently second to none," adds Greg.

From the opening of their first office to now owning four, Greg and Terri continue to reap success after success. Among the top in their industry, they still feel inspired to expand and develop. Greg, the visionary and  the "risk taker," sets goals and establishes the business plan for the company. Terri, having detail oriented  qualities, tasks herself with personal goals regarding real estate sales. "We embrace any new idea that involves real estate or good business applications. This is an ever changing business, and we are not afraid to eliminate traditional ways and implement the ways of the future. After all, the future is where the business is! My marketing background encourages me to be innovative,
which keeps us ahead of our competitors, both in sales and management," remarks Terri. "I look at our accomplishments, and I am pleased. We haven't missed a goal yet," says Terri with a smile.


Busy as they are, the Dillons can't pass up an
opportunity for some quality family time by the pool.

"The success of our office is attributed to having access to the very best in technology, support staff and management," adds Greg. "There is an overall feeling of cooperation and synergy in our office because of the caliber of our agents and our support services. For example, our client coordination system and our in-house mortgage, escrow services and property management are a benefit to the agents and their clients. "Listing  agents are guaranteed all their sign calls, providing them another opportunity to be profitable. Also, the listing agent is the most suitable individual to accurately answer the caller's questions, which is an advantage to the seller."

One of the numerous successful promotional programs offered by Realty Executives is the "10K." Any agent who sells a Realty Executives' "10K" listing is eligible for the drawing of a  $10,000 bonus. To promote networking and goodwill between the agents, Realty  Executives  sponsors a large  party.  All  agents  in  the
community are invited; however, only 40 agents who have sold a "10K" listing are eligible for each $10,000 drawing. This "10K" incentive program has promoted the showings and sales of Realty Executives' listings.

Tern's achievements as an agent are nothing short of remarkable. In less than eight years, her personal real estate production has earned her the ranking of number one in San Diego, number 2 in California and number 15 internationally. Regardless of the previous brokerages Terri has been associated with, she has always been rated in the top 1 percent by their standards.
